Mark Walker
Prior to founding OSM Shield in 2010, Mark Walker founded Onesource Global Manufacturing, a global sourcing company that provides OEM work for US brands and retailers in the outdoor products market. In parallel, Mark founded Onesource Gear, a promotional products company manufacturing headwear and other apparel items in Asia for the promotional products industry. With offices in Colorado and Wuxi, China, Mark expanded his OEM business and made related and strategic acquisitions over the course of a decade, ultimately acquiring some of the company’s they provided manufacturing services to.
Mark began his professional career as the founder and owner of Colorado Mountain Express, a resort transportation system between outlying airports and Colorado Resorts. He founded the company in 1983, and over the course of 14 years grew the business to 230 vehicles and 430 employees. In 1997, Mark sold the transportation business.
Mark actively participates on outside Boards and is the Co-Founder of the WWTD Chicago Classic, a Make-A-Wish organization that has raised over $250,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in memorial of his son.
Jeremy Windham
Jeremy graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Jeremy has extensive experience in logistics management, financial modeling, and digital marketing development, as well as OSM Shield technology development.
Jeremy works extensively with NC State University to oversee the OSM Shield technology research and development, and has worked closely to open OSM Shield’s new Innovations Center in Denver, Colorado. Jeremy is also OSM’s brand manager, ensuring quality and consistency.
Nik Herron
Nik graduated with a degree in polymer and color chemistry from the North Carolina State University College of Textiles. He spent two years working as a process engineer at Meridian Specialty Yarn Group in Valdese, North Carolina before moving to Colorado to work with OSM Shield as laboratory manager.
Nik is specialized in process optimization and experimental testing of textiles and works at OSM Shield to deliver top notch experimental testing along with valuable insight into textile production optimization.
Danny Lu
Danny is OSM’s China Country Manager. Danny graduated from the Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering with a Bachelor’s of Business English. Danny has more than 24 years of experience in the home textile industry specializing in merchandise management, mattress ticking, and other bedding products.
Danny is well versed in a variety of textile products through his vast experience and extensive knowledge in the industry. He has experience in sourcing, new developments, and special functions of different textile products. Danny helps manage communication, logistics, mill trials, sales, and marketing in China for OSM.
Keld Krogh Nielsen
Keld Graduated from Textile Business Academy in Denmark. He has 20 years of experience with textile development and manufacturing. Keld was the Winner of the innovation contest on national television in 2007 “The best Idea of Denmark”
Keld has developed many innovative products from packaging concepts to electronic products.
Joined the OSM Team in 2019 as regional manager for Europe.
Iqbal Hossain
Iqbal completed his Bachelor of Arts from Abu Abdullah Government Degree College under Dhaka University and Master of Business Administration in Apparel Merchandising & Marketing from The College of Fashion Technology & Management (CFTM) Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Iqbal is an industry specialist working across all areas of marketing denim and other non-denim woven fabrics. He is well versed in environmental sustainability using ethically responsible and sustainable fabrics. He has also worked closely with many reputable textile groups as the General Manager, Marketing in Bangladesh. Namely; Amber Group, Mahmud Group and Smart Group. He has also worked closely with many of the world famous clothing Brands like M&S, Primark, Tesco, LIDL & ALDI, Kmart, Kohl’s, AE, GIII ,and more in the UK, Europe, and the USA. Iqbal is a problem solver and forward thinking, especially when it comes to innovation in clothing brands.
Utilizing his broad experience and expertise, Iqbal has taken the initiative to push the fabric and garment business forward in Bangladesh. Iqbal is also the CEO of Sisdenim Manufacturer Sourcing in Bangladesh and he is the exclusive agent of Huajian Textile Group in China. He also owns his own clothing brand, Bunotjeans, with their own apparel and fabric manufacturing facilities.
Hemayet Islam
Hemayet graduated in 1990 under Dhaka University of Bangladesh. After graduating, he started his own garment/clothing manufacturing and exporting company to the US and Europe. He has experience in office management, fabric, trims, production, import, export, custom & shipping etc. Hemayet is also the owner of Fashion Designer & Exporter in Bangladesh as a manufacturer and exporter since 1997.

He works with large European brands like Sinful, SWS, Svalbard, MZ72, Scott, Dynawork, Firefly, U-Collection, Atlas, Tissaia, and more.
Hemayet is also the president of Fashion Design, LLC, importing garments into the US since 2012. Fashion Design, LLC works with fashion brands & non-branded fashionable clothing supplying fabric and garments to Ring of Fire, Ross, Macy’s, DD’S, Burlington, Steinmart, Bealls Outlet, and Manteaux stores.
